In this case, check, enable it and try again. Make sure your PC supports it, if yes and still won't work, there is the possibility your BIOS is not configured correctly and this feature is disabled. Hyper-V needs hardware virtualization as prerequisite. Go in Control Panel -> -> and completely uncheck all Hyper-V related components.
